The room was beautiful and nice with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The vibe here was quiet.

Rooms were exceptionally nice and provided with a peaceful balcony, good equipment, as for instance. The staff members were all friendly and helpful.

It was a comfortable hotel in a very quiet area, next to the gondola to the hike for Musala Peak, restaurants and lifts, and the center of the resort. There were an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers in my studio suite. The location was great, the staff was accommodating!

The location of the hotel was central, so close to the town center, and the seven lakes and Rila Monastery. It also was very close to gondola.

Stayed at Hq Apartments Villa Park for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The host Ana was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially considering the price. Having a cooker and a microwave in the room was a big plus, allowing us to easily cook and warm up our food. The location was very convenient, being just a 5-minute walk into town. a great stay and definitely a place we would stay at again!

Perfect and nice location close to the ski lifts, the hotel is next to a bus stop. Also, it is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Borovets Mountain Resort.

Summer activities include climbing Mount Musala or hiking the seven lakes in Rilla mountains. Suitable for a family of 4 or two couples. Well-equipped with electrical appliances. Quiet location with parking.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, even helping us with our luggage. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to warm up our food. The apartment was also close to the main road, making it easy to find. the apartment had several parking spaces available.

We had some difficulty adjusting the heating in the room, resulting in it being a bit too hot at times.

The apartment at Hq Apartments Villa Park was perfect for our family of four. It had two bedrooms, a cozy dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. We loved having a washing machine, microwave, toaster, and even a George Foreman grill for delicious toasted sandwiches. The apartment was clean, tidy, and warm, providing a comfortable stay for us.

One minor drawback was that the heating in the room was a bit difficult to adjust, resulting in occasional moments of discomfort from the room being too hot.

I always come back to this place. The staff recommended great places to eat when I first arrived. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour security, a bar, restaurant, and more. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at a serene apartment with a charming balcony for morning coffee. The owner provided easy self-check-in instructions and the shower had warm water. The apartment was close to the gondola, making it convenient for skiers. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was clean and new. I highly recommend it.
